| Shanghai Vice Mayor Tang Dengjie, representing Mayor Han Zheng, met with
Malaysian King Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin last night at Xijiao Guesthouse. The
participants expressed hopes for enhanced cooperation in the economy, trade,
energy resources and culture. Shanghai is the final stop of the king's weeklong
state visit to China, following trips to Beijing and Xi'an. He is scheduled to
leave for Japan on Sunday. |
